Dear Swimmers, Five of us (Anne-Marie, Marie-Lise, Michelle, Rod and Sylvie) participated at the Technosport short course invitational meet this Sunday Dec 4th , a record turnout. Several new personal best times were set. The event was well-organized and was followed by a buffet breakfast. We ORCAs may not have been the most fit …. but we were the loudest and the funnest. Upcoming Social Events: Please join us for the first-ever après-practice re-hydration session. The Royal Oak Pub, December 7thimmediately following practice.
